TROPICAL SMOOTHIE

RECIPES

½ banana

¾ cup of fresh, diced, papaya

2cm piece of ginger peeled and chopped

200mL unsweetened almond milk (or water if you prefer)

1 serving of protein powder (i’d recommend one without any added sweetners or preservatives)

Squeeze of lemon juice

Leaves from a sprig of mint

 

 

 

METHOD

Add banana, papaya, ginger, almond milk and protein powder to blender and blend till smooth. Then add lemon juice and mint and whizz for about 10 seconds.

 

Serve.
