A delicious dairy free and gluten free treat. Does contain nuts.

Fish and Kumara Taramind Curry

INGREDIENTS

3 ripe banana’s, peeled and chopped into small pieces, then frozen

1 Tbsp almond butter

2 Tbsp coconut cream

½ tsp coconut essence

½ tsp salt

 

Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend on a high speed until all banana’s are broken down and it resembles an ice creamy texture. You can add more coconut cream and more essense as needed for a stronger flavour and creamier texture.

 

Serve in small bowls (serves 4). Can be topped with almonds or coconut and a touch of rock salt.
