PERSONAL TRAINING IS SIMPLY WORKING WITH ME ONE ON ONE TO GET THE BEST RESULTS FOR YOUR FITNESS GOALS. IT ALLOWS ME TO GIVE YOU FOCUSED ATTENTION, UNDERSTAND WHAT MAKES YOU TICK AND HOW TO GET RESULTS TOGETHER.

Our personal training sessions will be based on your personalised goals, we’ll set these in our first meeting. If you are unsure of what you want your goals to be I can help you set them.

 

Your workout and programme will be tailored to your specific biomechanics and physiology – which means your goals will be structured looking at your past exercise history (what you’ve done and what you enjoy), your current health and fitness with the aim of getting optimal fitness and function out of your body.

 

My expert education in biomechanics, physiotherapy, physiology and nutrition give you the best knowledge based on the latest research  – more than 10 years of personal training experience and my own holistic approach to fitness and health – proven to get results.
