MY APPROACH IS TO ADDRESS ALL AREAS OF YOUR LIFE, TACKLING THE THINGS THAT COULD BE HOLDING YOU BACK FROM ACHIEVING YOUR GOALS. IT'S LIKE PEELING BACK AN ONION AND ADDRESSING IT LAYER BY LAYER. YOU CAN'T BUILD AN EMPIRE WITHOUT A GREAT FOUNDATION.
Simply Fitness is founded on two main streams of thinking, each vital to achieving your health and fitness goals, and both areas I'm passionate about:
Health and wellbeing
A huge area, I know, but for me this covers exercise, nutrition, sleep, stress and life balance – the everyday things we can do to give our bodies and mind the best chance of getting us to those goals.
Sport and Training Development
This area is aimed at those focussing on sporting and fitness goals, people wanting assistance to perform at their best, be that run a 5k or a multi-sport endurance event.
Together these two streams build a holistic health and fitness plan for all my clients, regardless of their fitness level. I believe that everyone should have the opportunity to live their life to the fullest by being healthy, fit and free from disease.
